Transfer roll-out Director

Tasks:
• Transfer rollout Director of large project (over 1000 hops)
• Be responsible for project initiation, planning, monitoring, control until the

Requirements:
• More than 10 years of experience in telecommunications, have rich experience in the large transfer roll-out project (IP and E1), including MW / MUX / switch (better: more than 1000 hops)
• High capacity of roll-out plan, including termly objective, internal and external resource plan, and large dependencies and risk identification
• Strong ability of progress monitoring, bottlenecks identification and solutions
• Strong leadership and management skills for the rollout team for, which separately in several regions all over the country is. And good communication skills
