ADHI status changed to a limited company on 1 June 1974 and approved by the Minister of justice. ADHI was 100% owned by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia until end of 2003 as the Republic of Indonesia by the Minister of SOE, when removed the authority of the shareholders, 49% of the shares offered to the public through initial public offering (IPO). This decision followed the registration of ADHI's shares in the Jakarta Stock Exchange (today Indonesia stock exchange) which also ADHI made listed as the first State construction company in the stock market.

Requirements:

* Minimum S1 in civil engineering
* Male, with the maximum age 30 years
* Have experience in the field at least 3 years
* Strong leadership has, dynamic and energetic
* Active English
* Agree in Kalimantan (KLN), Sumatra (SMA) and other operational areas of companies, including the Middle East (LNA) are based

Cost controller (CC)
Place of work: Sumatra and Kalimantan

Requirements:

* Minimum D3 in civil engineering
* Male, with the maximum age 30 years
* Have experience in the field at least 3 years
* Strong leadership has, dynamic and energetic
* Active English
* Agree in Kalimantan (KLN), Sumatra (SMA) and other corporate operational areas are based.

Project Manager production (PPM)
Place of work: Sumatra and Kalimantan

Requirements:

* Minimum S1 in civil engineering
* Male, with the maximum age 30 years
* Have experience in the field at least 3 years
* Strong leadership has, dynamic and energetic
* Active English
* Agree in Kalimantan (KLN), Sumatra (SMA) and other operational areas of companies, including the Middle East (LNA) are based

Project Finance Manager (PFM)
Place of work: Sumatra and Kalimantan

Requirements:

* Minimum S1 accounting
* Male, with the maximum age 30 years
* Have experience in the field at least 3 years
* Strong leadership has, dynamic and energetic
* Active English
* Agree in Kalimantan (KLN), Sumatra (SMA) and other corporate operational areas are based.
