We are looking for motivated person to participate in the following area:

SMT engineer based IN BATAM
Responsibilities

* Production support for NPI build and existing product
* Run Group of technicians continue to the machine to achieve maximum efficiency
* Apply lean or six sigma knowledge for continuous improvement
* Work with engineers in Singapore for transfer of NPI and engineering review
* Source and procure equipment/bracket for line improvement and support
* Troubleshooting for SMT related matter

Requirements:

* Degree in electronics/electrical/mechanical engineering
* At least 3-5 preferably with Yamaha know machine years of programming experience, SMT
* Good experience in the reflow profile for BGA and CSP
* Root cause problem analysis and solution on SMT
* Good experience in solder paste printing setup, template design requirement
* Good experience in AOI and car solder paste height checker
* Preferably experience in electronic manufacturing services company
* Experience in DFM/MPP is added benefit.

QA Manager (based in Batam)
Tasks:

* Setting up and maintaining the quality in the factory defined goal to meet
Coordination of the external audit event of customers or CAs
* Coordinate and perform factory internal audit of the ISO 9000: 2000 std
* Make sure effective function of IQC, to comply with IPQC and OQC to a set of KPI
* Establish objective and drive continuous quality improvement
* Formulate training programmes according to the factory need and request
* Mange document control center to ensure that the submission and distribution procedures are followed

Requirements:

* Degree holder with at least 5 years experience in leading positions in the quality management in EMS or other electronics industry.
* Practical professional experience in the quality tools such as DOE, FMEA, SPC and MSA
* Practical professional experience in the quality management system such as ISO9000, ISO13485, ISO14000, ISO18000 or TS16949.
* Certification in Lean Six Sigma will be added advantage
* Agree in Batam are based

Purchasing Manager - based in Batam
Responsibilities

(1) Manage a team of buyers
(2) Plan and book purchasing goals for buyers
(3), Of buyers escalated problems driving and follow up to the acquisition of KPIs and deadlines.
(4) Purchasing KPIs report to management on all in a week

Requirements

(1) Able (written and spoken) communicate fluently in English
(2) 2 Years of experience in leading a purchase and planning team
(3) Degree holder, preferably in engineering
(4) Organized, careful and disciplined
(5) Candidates must be based in Batam be prepared.

Buyer (based in Batam)
Tasks:

* Issued PO and follow up on the commitment come from suppliers and you make their sure commitment date follow the LT agreed.
Application of rescheduling reports (delinquent, pull, push and cancellation) and follow-up the result worked closely with suppliers
* Maintaining effective communication provider and other departments in the Organization, in particular in terms of delivery-related questions, e.g. shipping pre-alert, delinquency delivery
* Solving problematic issue relating to delivery by suppliers e.g. shipping discrepancy, problematic
* After shipment received finish ensure all invoices set up the payment process and resolve all problematic bills smooth theme
* Make payment in advance for approval preparation and submission
* Coordination with commodity group at the PO changes such as such as pricing, MOQ/SPQ problem and the PO exception approval form send
* Preparing routine reports and correspondence.

Requirements:

Can communicate fluently in English (written and spoken)
* Advanced proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience of MRP
* Degree holder, preferably in engineering
* 2 Years experience in the planning, scheduling and purchasing
* Candidates must arbeitswillig in Batam
