SHOPPING-MANAGER
* Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor's degree in accounting.
* Four (4) years as a purchasing manager in a 4/5 star hotel
* Strong communication skills both oral and written
* Must be speak, read and write in English
* Effective computer skills, knowledge of the accounting programs
* Good understanding of food & drinks and engineering elements
* Good understanding of cost control, recipe and menu engineering
* No police or criminal record
