TANOTO Foundation is currently looking after community development specialist, travel up to 75% on semi-remote parts of Riau, Jambi and North Sumatra, Indonesia in Jakarta, based. The specialist is strategic and operational planning and strong, mutually-supportive relationship between all those involved for the development of CSR.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in management or business administration or rural development or related fields.
* At least 8 years professional experience, are at least 4 years in development work or CSR management.
* Humanitarian experience (NGO) is not a must but is beneficial.
* Intensive experience in negotiations and development.
* Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills.
* Fluent English and Indonesian written and oral
* Willing to travel
TANOTO Foundation is currently looking for school based management expert, in Jakarta, with travel of up to 50% on semi-remote parts of Riau, Jambi and North Sumatera are based. Capacity-building of the schools to carry out school based management and quality and standard improvements become the expert directly.

Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in education or other relevant fields with extensive training courses in educational leadership and management.
* Minimum of 8 years experience in private schools, preferably 3 years to manage or leading private school or Yayasan.
* Proven leadership skills in capacity-building and the quality of schools.
* Proven skills in the development of training modules for teachers, principals and parents and strong facilitation experience
* Proven skills in proposal development and partnership relations.
* Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken Bahasa and English passive.
