1. Superintendent - mine planning, environment & quality (690282) 1

S1 degree in mining engineering or geology or civil
• Min 10 years of experience in the mining and at least 2 years in a senior position
• Keep POU certificate by the mines Department
• Have experience economic analysis project engineering project study, mining evaluation project are advantage
• Advanced computer skills in one of the major mining software - Mindscape, Vulcan, Surpac, MINEX, looking at the mine

2. Training officer - electrical (731844)

• Trade or mechanical engineering recognized qualifications
• Min 5 years of experience in the mining industry as a heavy equipment electrical or heavy equipment trainer
• Certificate IV in workplace training
• Experience in heavy soil

3. Specialist setting (738569)

• S1 degree in psychology/law or relevant discipline
Preferable • psychologist have certification
• Minimum 3 years experience as a recruitment specialist
• With experience in the mining and construction industry

4. Plant finance & Admin accountant (738047)

• Minimum tertiary qualification such as business, engineering, accounting
• At least 2 years experience in system/cost accounting or admin project in mining, construction and related industries
• With a wide knowledge of enterprise systems such as JDE, ORACLE, SAP • technical finance and accounting
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is required
• Able to advise teamwork, training, and motivate
Transfer • ready-to-work and places Indonesian across projects in Kalimantan and other.

5. Engineer mining / my planning (735276)

• Graduated from mining or geology engineering
• Experience in the mining of heavy industries is essential
• At least 2 years experience in large open cut mining and my engineering
• Certification Pratama - mine and Department of energy is preferred.

6. General human resources Superintendent (729483)

• Tertiary qualification in law with at least 8 years experience in similar role for large mining, construction or & oil and gas industry
• Excellent knowledge of current industrial relations practices, employment law or Government Regulation
• Possess valid Attorney / advocate is licenses a must
• To treat experience to different cases of industrial relation in the Labour Court
• Strong leadership skills and good team work,

7. Training officer - welding (740790)

• to train and assess trainees and TCI staff in all aspects of the process to achieve maximum productivity with high focus on security
• Ensure that TCI training requirements are created for the staff of tradesman in accordance with the TMS
• Coach apprentices in the use of learning resources for practical session; Tradesman training packages, including instructor manuals, student workbooks and all necessary supporting learning resources to develop
• requires minimal senior high school diploma qualifications or ex Thiess apprentices
• Hand at least 5 years leading experience in the mining industry as a welder/fabrication
• Welding certification for plates or tubes
• Certificate IV in workplace training
• excellent communication skills written & present, verbal arguments, facts and statements in a clear
• fluent and convincing manner. able to influence / motivate; Coaching/mentoring skill; Ability to effectively with other related, and capacity, additional responsibility;

8. Financial analyst (740597)

• to support the activities of the commercial Department in the implementation of the analysis of investment opportunities to support the TCI business decision making
• tracks to expand opportunities and to diversify company portfolio through strict evaluation of alternative business opportunities
• Analytical support for developments; Greenfields and Brownfields projects and M & A transactions
• Degree in S-1 (Bachelor) degree with a double major economy, finance, accounting or engineering
• Post graduate finance qualification, international qualification preference
• At least 7 years postgraduate accounting and corporate / project finance experience in the mining/construction & resources and experience in the development and / or operations settings.

General qualifications:

-Good communication in written and spoken English
-Hoch motivated and strong analytical skills, team player
-Good in computer

All position is based in Kalimantan, with the exception of Nos. 3, 6 & 7 (be in Jakarta).
