PRESSURE VESSEL SUPERINTENDENT

Job purpose

Responsible for coordinating the QA/QC control on pressure vessel construction sites and inspection from supplier and is technical specification and the quality of projects be carried out in compliance of project objectives.

Activities
To the project construction activities in each discipline (structure, pipelines, pipeline with sound technical justification of the painting inspection) coordinate, to determine that the product is created according to drawings, specifications, procedures and timetable.The activities of NDT supervisor, QA/QC welding supervisor, painting supervisor, materials supervisor on the back, organization, back to coordinate (if these positions available).To ensure that all QA/QC activities in accordance with the approved QA/QC manuals and procedures are performed.Compliance with the company of security objectives for the lifetime of the project to support the PJC team.QA/QC procedures, including inspection and test plans, developed by CTR in relation with QA/QC inspection Coordinator to review.To ensure the review and accept WPS premises and yard QA/QC activities, such as WQPT and WQT with the support of the SPV to coordinate on the spot by third-party certificate authorities, vendor.To to the approve the WQPT and sign the WPQR.Inspection activities as per test and test plans and witnesses from time to time fat and inspections. Engineering graduate recognize University. graduates of the school of engineering senior welding or welding inspector (at least level II) from a recognized institution certified. (PCN recommended level III (or equivalent COFREND), CSWIP level IN accepted and ASNT level III accepted only for structural / pipe laying job). Certifications are not accepted in the House. > 10 years relevant international assignment experience in the oil and gas sector for engineering in the Disziplin.NDT St/RT experience and theory knowledge in pressure vessel Bau.Anerkannte level of expertise in security, management with specific knowledge of welding Engineering.Gute communication skills. speak English fluently, written and spoken.Advanced proficient with oil and gas international codes and standards for the Disziplin.NDT SUPERVISOR

Job purpose

Responsible for the review and the recognition of non-destructive test according to the requirement of codes, standards and business.

Activities
To support the QA/QC SPDT on the assessment and recognition of the NDT on the ground.Warning and alerting you construction project team (CSR, piping SPDT, QA/QC changer) in the case of a non-conformity or deviations from NDT Berichte.Um data integrity run the NDT requirements to monitor.To each end of the day, QA/QC SPDT report on welding inspection Fortschritte.Minimale qualification / experience
