PROJECT-MANAGER
(Central Kalimantan)
Main tasks:
(1) Act as Kepala Teknik Tambang (Director of me technology)
2. Responsible for all aspects of management mine for the allotted space, safety and environment, production including, cost and all other actions and responsibilities required, the business plan.
(3) Develop and maintain a management structure for the safe operation in a way that facilitates the development and implementation of the website & health safety management system, the the site safety and health policy objectives will include.
4. Rename sub ordinates that are responsible for the tasks assigned to them. Make sure that all replacement for people in the management structure are responsible during temporary absences.
5. Direct and develop a, keep the operation safe and efficient supervisors manage. The training of all sub ordinates in the operating equipment safely and efficiently support.
6. Undertakes an active role in the management and administration of the mining operation.
7. Supports the operation Director in conjunction with external regulators need.
8. Ongoing review of the plan mine, to optimize mine designs and production.
9. Negotiate effectively with contractors.
10. Maintain an accident-free operation and a positive work climate.
11. Maintain effective interfaces with other areas in the company.
Requirements:
1. - Degree in mining engineering
(2) At least 10 years of experience in OPEN PIT COAL MINING operations. Good administrative skills, drill and blast should know and have experience, practical mining expertise and experience in mine planning.
3. Keep a Pengawas Operasional Utama (POU) certificate
4. Agree on site (Central Kalimantan) are placed
SENIOR ENGINEER MINE
(Central Kalimantan)
Main tasks:
1. Implementation of mine planning, project planning, as well as mining operations planning and control of and dealing with contractors
2. Develop short, mid and long term mine plans for the budget process
3. Estimate fleet requirements
4. Planning mining and design of open pit and surface mines.
5. Design mining equipment and monitoring of open pit operations and development of methods for transporting minerals to processing plants.
(6) Find, extract and prepare coal, metals and minerals.
7. Responsible for the safe, economically and environmentally sound operation of mines.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in mining engineering from a prestigious University
2 Min 5 years of experience in the coal-mining operation
3. Knowledgeable operating programs-mining software, such as: mining landscape, Surpac, etc.
4. Advanced proficient in survey instruments, etc.
5. Computer learn
6. Good teamwork skills
7. Good knowledge in English oral and written
8. Agree in site (Central Kalimantan) are placed
9. Keep a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) mining Indonesia competence certificate is advantageous.
GEO-TECHNICAL ENGINEERING
(Central Kalimantan)
Main tasks:
1. Run field investigation, develop models of geotechnical and geological, geotechnical analysis and design drawings, calculation, remedial measures detail design, documentation and reporting to,.
2. Work with other engineering Dept, geotechnical engineering, to coordinate geological data collection, analysis and mapping,
3. Conduct studies in mining exploration and feasibility studies, computer programs, soil analysis software and database,.
4. Travel to various survey or project sites, presentations, write and run reports
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in geology, mining engineer or up and civil engineering with 5 years experience as a geotechnical engineering,.
2. Good knowledge in ground & geotechnical engineering, geotechnical investigation method, survey and hydrology engineering,.
3. Good knowledge of good knowledge of good knowledge of experienced in open cast of coal mining, dealing with geotechnical testing, monitoring and managing day to day geotechnical risks to the security and profitability of the mining industry,
(4) Examination can design as a team member on website geotechnical for the safe and economic pit and dump slopes on each of the operational open cut coal mines,.
5. Fully capable in the Geotechnical operating software for slope stability analysis and creation of software,.
6. Thorough POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) or similar geotechnical accreditation is preferred.

SURVEYOR
(Central Kalimantan)
Main tasks:
1. Identification, mapping and assessment and other relevant survey conduct land exploration works, support projects, operations and other business purposes
2. Coordination with country Affairs team and other Department within the company, communication and relationship with local stakeholders (gmina, landowners and others) in the execution of land survey maintain works.
3. Support country management team collect and update all relevant data and information in the fields.
4. Coordination with team land acquisition field operation management team (exploration and exploitation) support in dealing with the land issue in the fields under the supervision of the project manager.
Requirements:
1. At least hold a diploma in geodesy.
2. Have at least three (3) years experience in the land survey in the areas.
3. Good ability of technical skills in survey of jobs
4. Have strong team player and goal oriented.
5. Familiar with ArcGIS, advance AutoCAD, mapping database system, geodetic GPS and able to use the latest Sokkia total stations facilities.
6. Agree in site (Central Kalimantan) are placed.
