We are currently looking for candidates are the required resources for some positions below, please forward this information:

Radio network planning (RNP)
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronic engineering and telecommunications.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in GSM, CDMA or 3 G RNP (Radio network planning) or ONR (Radio network optimization) within an environment of mobile operator.
• Experience in network design, network planning and optimization of standard network of industry and owners of planning and analysis tools and databases of site.
• Experience in design, planning and configuration of antenna sites.
• Experience in the use of the following tools:
• Radio planning tools - Netact or similar
• Investigation of terms
• Primus & other tools related to CSR
• Mapinfo/MCOM
• NeXplorer
• Client management experience in meeting face to face (ability to intermediate).
• Capable in Ms Office application.
• Willingness to work under pressure.
• Literacy in English (preferably).
• Self-motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in the preparation of reports.
