Requirements:
• Male/female
Bachelor/master degree of architecture/Planology/real estate
• Exp min 2 years in real estate research, product development of real estate company or consultant
• Advanced proficient in / consumer research & data analysis
• Fast learner, creative, good analytical and able to work under pressure

Drafter (DFT)
Placement: Bekasi

Requirements:
• Plug
Min SMK/diploma 3 in civil / structural engineering
• Advanced proficient in AutoCAD 2D & 3D, buildings, contemporary, Photoshop
• Min 1 year exp in the expansion of the civilian infrastructure such as roads, highways and bridges

Civil Techinician (CIV - TECH)
Placement: Bekasi

Requirements:
• Male, 25-29 years old, STM/diploma in civil engineering/construction
• Exp in buildings and high building rise / shopping mall for everything in fitting-out activities
• COMPUTER literate (MS Office, AutoCad 2D/3D, land development)
Fast learners, team player, good communication skills with customer driven interest • work under tight deadlines/schedule

Customer service supervisor
Placement: Bekasi

Requirements:
• Diploma or a Bachelors degree from all major
• 5-Year exposure in the customer service / tenant relations with experience as a supervisor or coordinator.
• Preferably of real estate management/hotel.
• Good communication, strong leadership with strong ability to manage complaints in a favorable way.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
