Description of the work
• Ensure that the Organization payroll is processed accurately and on time.
• Activities, may include accounting, distribution, and preparing the payments, benefits, taxes and payroll deduction; calculation of overtime, change payments, sales commissions, bonuses; maintain payroll records.
• Prepare monthly report; balances, make additions, deletions, and settings.
• Review and reconciles all accounting records relating to payroll to check arithmetic precision, integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Respond to more complex, rapidly intensified to questions from members of the team and see the work of others to ensure that payroll is processed accurately.
• Examine the policy and standard operation procedure
Requirements
• Graduated min. Bachelor's degree in accounting and administration.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of payroll and HR operations experiences.
• Experienced in the management of allocations JAMSOSTEK and payroll, understand in taxes, especially PPH 21, SPT and other tax regulations.
• Application of advance Excel program and literary team in other Microsoft applications.
• Familiarity with several programs of payroll or human resources systems will be preferred.
• Attention to detail, good profile generation record keeping and report.
• Quick learning, have a sense of confidentiality, dedicated, strong boost, troubleshooter, basic analytical skills, independent and also player of the team
