ESHA Officer (based in Tangerang)
Main tasks:
• Information and support for the site lines in ESH issues
Enforce • support of line management to compliance with corporate, divisional and standards
• Monitoring of compliance with regulatory requirements and the procurement and documentation of the required data
• Support the line management in the preparation of the standard procedures for specific, actual tasks
• Support of risk assessment and analysis
• Support and training of the staff of ESH
• Preparation and collecting the website portfolio and key figures and corrective measures propose and the status updates
• Reporting and coordination of the investigation of accidents and incidents in accordance with Clariant policies and procedures
• Collecting and reporting on country ESHA of periodic accident and incident statistics
• Monitoring and the reporting of follow-up of ESH audits and insurance inspections
• Contacts and cooperation with the local authorities and emergency services
• Participation on site emergency management
Skills required:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in health & safety, industrial hygiene, environmental engineering, environment and health
• GPA is 3.0
• Hold AK3 Umum is of advantage
• At least 2 years experience in the manufacturing plant
• Able lead projects
• Discipline, honest, good cooperation and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English written and oral
