Project Manager
(Sulawesi Utara - Manado)

Tasks:
• Coordination child elements for the task according to their main tasks and responsibilities assigned.
• Responsible for all activities of production units of houses, shop houses and other products, by the company until the transfer to the customer
• Monitor and implement appropriate control of the company's systems and procedures for the achievement of the project Department

• Evaluate project budget for works undertaken by contractors in the House

• Review of the business contract
• Responsible for the implementation of projects for efficient and timely
• Monitor all project operations, whether of in-house contractor or sub-Contraktor carried out
• Resolution of the conflict between the contractor to determine default values
• Review reports from the field supervisor as a reference for terms of payment
• Cooperation with other services, in particular for purposes of research and development
• Receive and check you list all the buildings, which were created from the sub-contractor to finish
• Direct, monitor, assess performance, motivation, and reports of subordinate questions

Requirements:
• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree minimum protection one degree in civil engineering at University with minimum GPA 3.00
At least 5 years experience as a property of project managers with proven track record • develop homes and buildings
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentational material knowledge
• Good computer skills in MS Office, AutoCad, and Internet

Marketing and promotion Manager
(Sulawesi Utara - Manado)

Tasks:
• Determining the sale price, which products are launched, ensure the achievement of sales targets planned visits and transport system
• The sales forcast and aim to prepare for each product
• Lead the sales team in achieving sales target
• Monitor the amount of material in the Department Sales & marketing ensure, shares of the company at the age of does not exceed defined objectives.
• Analyzing and marketing strategies to increase the number of customers and the area in accordance with the objectives to develop.
• Analyze and a direction for product and design development, to ensure the development of products according to market needs.

Requirements:
