Requirements:
* Knowledge of the business process, preferred in the banking sector
* Business processes
* Strategic planning
* Business writing
* Ability to formulate concepts
* Object-oriented analysis and design with UML
Desirable:
* University degree or equivalent in engineering / it etc.
* Ability to a business-oriented vision
Personal attributes:
* Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Fluent in English oral and written
* Negotiation skill
* Proven ability to quickly grasp new concept
* Good time management and consistently work well under pressure
