To support growth in our corporate advisory and fund management business, we seek highly motivated and driven professionals to join our Jakarta office. The general requirements are Female max. 35 years old include a minimum of 3 years experience in the role of:
OFFICE MANAGER
The candidate shall be responsible for the following:
1. Corporate secretarial duties
* Supervising corporate compliances such as Jamsostek and annual reporting to Sudinakertrans
* Keep track of visa and permits for foreign staff
* Keep track of corporate insurances: health, car and office insurance
* Keep track of corporate documents expiry such as Notarial deed (Akta Notaris), Company domicile (Domisili) and Company Registration Certificate (TDP)
2. Accounting support
* Handling petty cash
* Handling invoices for payment process to Finance dept.
* Forward the monthly tax and accounting reports to Finance dept.
3. Secretarial duties
* Supervising the office day to day activities
* Arrange corporate events
This position requires a good communication skills, superior work ethics, ability to work independently, strong teamwork skills and a “can-do” winning attitude. It is essential that candidates have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
