SALES MANAGER (Batam)
Tasks:
* Prepares the annual business development plan; also when penetration is the annual plan of work for business
* define and follow up of the annual goals and objectives. Measure performance versus target and provide the necessary coordination of the strategy
* Development and implementation of strategies for new products / services
* determine opportunities by analyzing the business needs.
* a direction, guidelines for the Division alignment with strategies of the company ensure
* lead and employees by identifying developing needs
Requirements:
* Related 3-5 years professional experience in PCBA industry
* Degree holder
* Good communication skills
* Ability to speak and write English is an additional advantage with German-speaking associates.
