Legal staff (LGS)
Tasks:
Land • coordination with survey team members to questions regarding compensation.
• Conducting studies on country status in the field of mining.
• Design and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and take part in negotiations in which legal expertise is required.
• Responsible for questions relating to industrial action, action and arbitration.
• Work with contracted law firm on assignment, require the internal legal services.
Requirements:
• Male, 23-30 years.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in law from the prestigious University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 2 years experience in legal matters.
• Knowledge of company law, contract law and the Indonesian regulatory issues and the international commercial protected.
• Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions.
General requirements:
• Positive attitude and honest, good organizational skills, self starter and hard work.
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Expert in dealing with computer engineering software.
• To work ready to connect in the section.
