QUALITY DIENSTSTEUERUNGS-MANAGER
Qualification:

* Male or female, maximum 35 years old
* S1 by a discipline
* Good knowledge of fabric & garment technical areas
* Ability to samples and patterns for men's clothing and Ladieswear robe is desirable but not essential
* Good understanding of the process operation gown and solutions for quality problems
* Experience as garment quality manager or assistant coach in the clothing industry manufacturing
Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken & written

Duties and responsibilities:

* Maintain the required quality system and procedures
* Set reject you correction and prevention / to avoid faulty clothes
* Administration and retraining of the QC team to ensure that they manage the standard requirements
* Ability to taking decisions on the quality tolerance clothing
Responsible for providing all information with respect to the current styles in production
Responsible for the Organization of the weekly quality reports in the factory
Reach the quality targets for repairs, RTMs and has confidence

MERCHANDISING / MANAGER TRIMS
Main activities: production planning and planning, order materials and managing shares, follow up of orders by cutting production, storage and delivery, and liaison with head office UK.

General qualifications:

* Diploma from the prestigious University.
* At least 5 years experience in a similar position.
* Experience in the apparel industry is essential. Knowledge of the production/quality/fabric is of advantage.
* Previous experience in the international sourcing of fabrics and accessories. Basic import / export of knowledge is an advantage.
* Excellent communication ability, high motivation and able to work under pressure.
* Fluent written English and spoken essential.
* COMPUTER literate is a must
* Work well in a team environment is important, as the position has significant interaction with other Department
