Junior right and compliance officer
Is required of the company responsible for the review and drafting of contracts, advice, and memoranda. Preparation or preparation directed correspondence in responding to a legal matter to the company. With officials and compliance with public listed company decision, take connection.

Qualification:

Male/female, maximum 35 years old
* S-1-degree in law
* At least experience of 3 years with the firm or public listed company
Fluent in written and oral English
Fluent in written and oral Mandarin is an advantage
* Easily adaptable and collaborative work in a team environment
* Ready, longer working hours with a sense of urgency

Senior finance staff
Job tasks:

Preparation of monthly cash flow projection
* Coordination with the corresponding Department for information on financial activities to establishing
Responsible for the bank reconciliation
* Monitoring and verification of cash at banks
* Provide timely and accurate payments by Giro or bank transfer for local and foreign suppliers

Qualification:

* Female, maximum 30 years old
* S-1 degree in accounting from a renowned University
* Minimum work experience of 3 years in the Finance Department
* Easily adaptable and collaborative work in a team environment
* A detail oriented individual with positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in written and oral English is an advantage
* Ready, longer working hours with a sense of urgency
Familiar with Microsoft Office
* To stations in our work of Karawang
