You will need to join a master's degree for this program.

Program overview
For consumer banking, it is graduates from 4 standard rotations:

Rotation 1 - offices (4 months)
These include gain an understanding of:
• The cooperation between the industry and operations
• As to the continuous improvement of productivity, quality and customer service
• The process design operations activities efficiency and maximize resources
Rotation 2 - credit risk (4 months)
These include gain an understanding of:
• Used as MIS in the decision-making process for the consumer business
• Key drivers of the portfolio management and monitoring of trends of MOB

Rotation 3: Product (4 months)
These include gain an understanding of:

Rotation 4: Customer facing role (9 to 12 months)

The academic training
We invest heavily and take your career seriously and two academic training programmes designed to support your understanding of all areas of consumer banking. Phase 1 is immediately after the international programme in year 1 and phase 2 at the end of the year 1 and last a week.
The content for each program varies each year with challenges and strategy to keep up of the year. The phase 2 program for 2009 took, for example, the format of a huge "Innovation Labs' where teams of IG fought for the best product by end-to-end design, the financial needs for a very special section of the customer resolved."
However, a typical program consists of the following elements:
