Capital management senior manager PT Gunung Sewu Kencana 2011

The Central, PT. Gunung Sewu Kencana, is looking for dynamic individuals who are willing to increased tasks and challenges at the following location:
Capital management senior manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Tasks:
• Evaluate, analyze, negotiate and close investments, including Greenfields development and acquisition opportunities (leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, change of control possibilities)
• Structure of the investment process, so that to solve the major issues on each deal.
• Lead financial and feasibility analysis for all phases of the investment, financing and development.
• Create written documents and oral presentations of the planned transactions to the relevant parties internally and third (private equity investors, hedge funds, banks, investment banks and insurance companies)
• Assist in the management of existing partnerships and form new relationships to develop new potential investment opportunities.
• Market run, economic and demographic research, the review of markets for existing or potential investment, the returns well over the company cost of capital.
• Support the asset management team, to formulate appropriate strategies for investment.
• Support and participate in negotiations on favourable terms and conditions for all investment projects.
• Participated as a team member of the capital management group responsible for all mergers and acquisitions of new investment, new business development and on-demand, continuous monitoring of the investment.

Requirements:
• Male, at least 25 years old.
• Minimum MBA program (overseas graduate is preferred)
• At least 10 years experience in related fields of corporate finance for MNC marketable investments / bank / securities house.
• Has strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Good team player.
• Good command of English, oral and written.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Excel.
• Have a good contract with Cathedral logistics commercial banks / international financial institution
• Exposure to agribusiness, infrastructure, mining and natural, sustainable / renewable energy resources and biomass.
• Experience in the preparation and revision of the investment or transaction term sheets.
• Strong communication and writing skills, work independently and location, connection to CEO of the company, senior management and senior consultant, various investment, legal, banking and development professionals to a higher level.
