Responsibilities:
• Prepare and implement the programme of maintenance of the plan.
• Plan and implement an effective work programme taking into account productivity and operating costs of workshop.
• Able to motivate and lead a team of workers to achieve milestones of maintenance.
• It is able to plan the requirement of replacement taking into account of flows of cash and the availability of spare parts in time of need.
• It is able to differentiate between scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance and understand the role of each in the planned maintenance program.
• Aware of the needs of safety and health.
• Implement all relevant EHS policy, procedures, and SOP.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Staff Senior preferably specialized in engineering - Civil/Construction/structural or equivalent. Role of labour in others or equivalent.
